Conservation/Decorative Matting (CDM)
A company dedicated to the preservation and beautification
of works of art on paper through archival matting, Japanese hinging and
custom decoration.
| The matting used is 4 ply cotton rag board. The hinging is
executed with Japanese papers and cooked wheat starch and the decorative matting
is hand painted with Liquitex ® acrylic paints. The mats offered at CDM are of the
highest quality and are for the most discriminating art collector and patron. CDM
is proud to offer truly custom mats with an emphasis on conservation and
